Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven AV Sales Executive to drive new business growth in AV solutions and support contracts. In this role, you will identify and pursue opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and deliver tailored audio-visual solutions that meet the specific needs of business and education customers.
Key Responsibilities
•Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the education and business sectors.
•Conduct client meetings to understand AV requirements and present suitable solutions.
•Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
•Close sales of AV systems including:
- Video conferencing for meeting rooms and all-hands areas
- PA systems and audio distribution
- Digital signage and display networks
- Control systems for boardrooms and collaborative spaces
•Sell and renew support contracts for AV systems.
•Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and deliverable.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
•Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
Requirements
•Proven track record in B2B or education sector sales, ideally in AV or technology solutions.
•Strong understanding of AV technologies and their applications.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
•Ability to travel to client sites as required.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Desirable
•Experience selling support/service contracts.
•Knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and digital signage solutions.
•Existing network within education or corporate sectors.
