GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy dedicated to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy compliance.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and new business development, including identifying potential customers, managing accounts, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging with potential customers.
* Articulate the value proposition of GRC Solutions and demonstrate how it enhances governance, risk, and compliance for clients.
* Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
* Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and industry knowledge.
* Identify opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions.
* Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposal documents for stakeholders.
* Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
* Stay informed about the GRC market and competitors.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
* Provide feedback to support sales strategy.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.
* Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in senior sales or key account management roles.
* Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
* Contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
* Experience working with C-Suite executives.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
* Experience with tenders and excellent MS Office skills.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
