About the Role We are looking for an experienced and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales journey: identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to delivery. Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities * Client Relationship Management * Be the main point of contact for existing customers, delivering proactive support and nurturing long-term relationships * Handle client enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of satisfaction * New Business Development * Identify and engage prospective customers via phone and email * Follow up on leads and build a robust pipeline of new opportunities * Full-Cycle Sales Execution * Prepare and issue quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accurate handover to production/logistics * Coordinate directly with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability * Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer communication * Product Knowledge * Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range * Confidently communicate the benefits and applications of our solutions tailored to customer needs * Sales Admin & Reporting * Maintain up-to-date records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools * Provide regular updates on activity, pipeline status, and client feedback What We’re Looking For in a Telesales Executive: * Proven success in telephone-based sales and client relationship management * Confident communicator with excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities * Commercially aware with a hands-on approach to solving client needs * Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel) * Engineering/technical product knowledge is a plus but not essential What We Offer * Competitive base salary (£25,000–£30,000) commission * Real influence in a growing business where your input is valued * Full involvement in the sales cycle — * Ongoing development and learning opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Comprehensive benefits package Interested?
