An exclusive and confidential opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Developer to join a high-growth, design-led performance apparel brand. This role sits at the core of the product function, acting as the technical and developmental engine of the team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of a product category from initial design handover through to development, costing, fit validation, technical approval, and bulk production sign-off. Working closely with global manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders, this position carries joint responsibility for ensuring all products are delivered to the highest standards of quality, performance, and commercial viability.
