Reward Manager | Location: West London (Hybrid) | Contract: Permanent, Full Time
We're looking for a talented Reward Managerto lead and deliver key reward policies, processes, and projects across the business. This role is central to ensuring that our reward and benefits offering supports the attraction and retention of top talent, while aligning with commercial goals.
You'll be responsible for core areas such as company car management, pay and bonus reviews, benchmarking activity, and gender pay gap reporting across the UK and ROI. Partnering closely with the wider People team, you'll provide expert advice on compensation and benefits, whilst also managing and developing a Reward Administrator to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the benefits package, recommending improvements that are competitive and cost-effective.
Design and maintain salary structures, including salary bands and ranges, ensuring compliance with legislation.
Oversee annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, LTIP processes, and associated communications.
Manage the company car fleet policy, ensuring it is cost-effective, safe, and aligned with ESG goals.
Lead UK and ROI Gender Pay Gap reporting, delivering accurate and insightful reports.
Prepare for future reporting requirements such as ethnicity pay gap reporting.
Maintain and provide benchmarking data for external comparisons.
Own supplier relationships for benefits providers, ensuring competitive renewals.
Continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to drive efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across pensions, finance, tax, and audit functions.
Line manage and develop a Reward Administrator to deliver excellent support across the business.
Skills & Experience
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
In-depth knowledge of the reward landscape and related legislation.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Skilled in writing reports with clear cost and people impact analysis.
Proficient with HRIS (Oracle experience desirable) and reporting.
Understanding of employment tax considerations relating to reward and benefits.
Organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience managing and developing team members.
