This well established and growing Northampton-based business is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead a small HR team for this established and growing business.
As HR Manager you will carry out a fully generalist role, with responsibility for:
1. Ongoing development & management of the HR team.
2. Working with managers and leaders on role profiles, future gaps/talent and end to end recruitment activities.
3. Complex employee relations.
4. Working with the Head of HR on org design and change.
5. Supporting on the PDR process
6. Employee engagement and actions from the survey.
7. Learning & development activities. POngoping devlopment of the L&D offering, including leadership development.

To be considered for this role you will have experience of managing & developing others within a high trust environment, alongside sound generalist HR experience and some sound experience within people development/L&D activities including leadership development.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to flex your style/approach are essential.
This is a hybrid role – 2/3 days p week onsite.
Salary is up to £55k per annum + car allowance + bens
