As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand - delivering a seamless, personalised experience that reflects the craftsmanship and innovation behind every vehicle. Your duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Delivering a premium, personalised sales experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the full sales journey.
* Presenting vehicles confidently, conducting test drives, and showcasing product features and technology.
* Managing enquiries efficiently through digital, telephone and showroom channels.
* Achieving sales targets across new and approved-used vehicles, finance, insurance and value-added products.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA and brand standards.
Qualifications
* Have a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
* Demonstrate strong influencing skills, with the confidence to convert enquiries into sales.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
* Are polished, articulate and naturally engaging.
* Show professionalism and a commitment to adhere to processes and procedures.
