MuleSoft Senior Developer- Enterprise
Overview
You are a self-driven individual with a “get it done” attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems. You enable integrated business processes across applications that share common data elements using scalable and proven design patterns and techniques (e.g., integrating Salesforce and an ERP system). You enjoy working in agile teams to deliver API-led integration solutions and are excited to learn and integrate to new business applications.
What You’ll Do
1. Work with Architects to translate business requirements into well-designed integration solutions
2. Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives
3. Develop, test, and document integration solutions and data migration elements of business applications in the CRM, ERP, and/or HCM domains
4. Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned tasks
What You’ll Bring
5. Ability to program in object oriented and/or functional programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.
6. Familiarity with cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications such as: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Dynamics AX/CRM, Workday, etc.
7. Understanding of Webservices standards and technologies such as: WS*, JSON, REST, GraphQL etc.
8. Understanding of structured and/or unstructured databases and data models like MS SQL, My SQL, Postgress, Mongo DB, Hadoop, etc.
9. Experience in delivering real-time, event-driven, and batch integration solutions
10. Background in data architecture, design, and data modeling
11. Understanding of cloud computing and micro-services architectures
12. Strong problem solving and software triage skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
13. Demonstrated skills in helping negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering)
14. Knowledge of QA processes and test-driven development
15. Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
16. A background in large integration projects with large and multi-sourced data sets is a definite asset

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for a Senior Consultant is:
17. East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:
18. Senior Consultant: $131,000-$203,000
19. San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
20. Senior Consultant: $120,000–$186,000
21. All other locations:
22. Senior Consultant: $110,000-$171,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
