Our client, located in the Braintree area, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a permanent/full-time position offering a genuine £60k+ earning potential. The ideal candidate will be excellent with people and skilled at building relationships, providing a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles.
2. Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations to foster loyalty and referrals.
3. Maintain accurate customer contact records.
4. Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolution to meet customer and company standards.
5. Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers regarding vehicle sales.
6. Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
Your Background & Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade.
2. Ability to follow a sales process to meet targets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
5. Full UK Driving Licence.
