Location: Fieldstone School, Devon, TQ12 1NH
Contract: Permanent; Term Time Only
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start: September 2025

Summary
Join the Oxford Outcomes team as a School Cook and contribute to providing high-quality catering services for pupils and staff within a school setting. The role includes planning and preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
Responsibilities
* To plan menus for the school with reference to the dietary needs of our young people
* To monitor stocks by date rotation, portion control and quality in accordance with budgetary controls
* To set up and clean down the kitchen areas before and after day-to-day use
* To ensure that necessary preparation is undertaken for the day/weekly demand/needs of the School
* To be observant of the need to minimise waste
* To provide suitable food to staff/pupils with special dietary requirements

Fieldstone School is an independent day school, supporting the most vulnerable young people aged 5-16 with various behavioural, emotional and educational challenges, including autistic spectrum conditions.
