We’re growing fast - and we’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Site Manager to lead our on-site recycling operations, drive best practice, and create a safe, positive working environment for our team.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our recycling management operations on our client site. Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead your site team to ensure all waste streams are collected, segregated, and handled correctly
* Support all on-site staff to keep operations running smoothly
* Oversee skip/container usage to prevent overloads and maintain site efficiency
* Identify and drive process improvements that reduce cost and improve service
* Provide guidance on best practice in waste segregation and environmental compliance
* Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all H&S policies, EA guidelines, and regulatory requirements
* Complete H&S reports in full and on time
* Conduct accident/incident investigations to identify root causes
* Manage, motivate, and support the site team to deliver a high standard of work
* Be a role model for professional conduct and behaviour, and foster a positive, safe, and engaged team culture
* Deliver training, toolbox talks, plant briefs and regular team updates
🌟 What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience managing an operational team
* Confident IT skills
* FLT experience (desirable)
* IOSH qualification (desirable)
* Knowledge of waste management processes (desirable)
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
