What You’ll Be Doing As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our recycling management operations on our client site. Your responsibilities will include: Lead your site team to ensure all waste streams are collected, segregated, and handled correctly Support all on-site staff to keep operations running smoothly Oversee skip/container usage to prevent overloads and maintain site efficiency Identify and drive process improvements that reduce cost and improve service Provide guidance on best practice in waste segregation and environmental compliance Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all H&S policies, EA guidelines, and regulatory requirements Complete H&S reports in full and on time Conduct accident/incident investigations to identify root causes Manage, motivate, and support the site team to deliver a high standard of work Be a role model for professional conduct and behaviour, and foster a positive, safe, and engaged team culture Deliver training, toolbox talks, plant briefs and regular team updates ?? What We’re Looking For Full UK driving licence Experience managing an operational team Confident IT skills FLT experience (desirable) IOSH qualification (desirable) Knowledge of waste management processes (desirable) Hours of Work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day Location Customer site in Wisbech, PE13
