Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and decorating as required
* Ensure the school site is safe, secure, clean, and well maintained
* Manage the opening and closing of the school site each day
* Oversee the work of cleaning contractors to maintain hygiene standards
* Support health & safety compliance and ensure legal standards are met
* Monitor site supplies and maintain equipment where necessary
* Respond to site-related emergencies as required
Qualifications and Experience:
* Knowledge of health & safety requirements and site security procedures
* Hands-on practical skills and experience in site maintenance
* Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and take initiative
