Wessex Garages are currently recruiting Nissan Sales Executives for our dealership in Gloucester. The role involves selling vehicles as well as Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection. You will support customers throughout their buying journey—from first contact to driving away in their new car. Our comprehensive training and development programme will help you engage with customers, identify needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.
Responsibilities
* Sell vehicles and promote Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection.
* Guide customers through every step of the buying journey, from initial contact to delivery of the vehicle.
* Engage with customers to identify needs and provide product recommendations in line with industry standards.
* Participate in the company’s training and development programme to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Person Specification
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
* Previous sales experience is not essential; a positive, motivated attitude and a drive to achieve in a results-driven environment are important.
* Strong organisational skills, the ability to process detailed information, and a commitment to ongoing product knowledge development.
* A proactive work ethic and the ability to inspire colleagues and contribute to team success, including driving sales in our Kia and Nissan dealership.
Key Information
* Working Pattern: 40 hours per week across Monday – Saturday (1 hour lunch break). A day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working is required during March and September.
