Our client is a leading wealth management firm who are looking for an Advice Quality Manager to help strengthen advice quality, capability, and risk management across a growing adviser population. This role plays a key part in supporting advisers to deliver consistently high standards of advice while developing their technical competence, confidence, and professional judgement.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across compliance, adviser leadership, and learning functions to shape a strong development culture, balancing regulatory expectations with practical, real-world adviser support.
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
* Reviewing advice quality and providing clear, constructive feedback that helps advisers improve outcomes for clients
* Identifying development needs and translating insight into targeted coaching, training, and learning activity
* Supporting adviser onboarding, progression, and ongoing competence assessment
* Monitoring adviser risk profiles and contributing to proportionate oversight approaches
* Designing and delivering learning interventions covering technical knowledge, regulation, professionalism, and soft skills
* Contributing to management insight through reporting on themes, trends, and emerging risks
* Acting as a trusted point of reference for adviser development and technical guidance
* Playing an active role in embedding good customer outcomes and regulatory expectations into day-to-day advice practices
Do you have the following to apply? ✅
* Experience working in adviser supervision, competence, or development within an FCA-regulated environment
* Strong understanding of the regulated advice process and relevant FCA requirements
* Confidence in reviewing advice, assessing suitability, and delivering meaningful feedback
* Proven ability to coach, influence, and support advisers at different stages of their careers
* Diploma Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
