Working closely with the Chef Manager and kitchen team, you will help ensure high standards of food safety, service and compliance and step up confidently when the Chef Manager is away. This is a full time Facility Cook role based at Kintyre Lodge in Dubbo with shifts Saturday - Sunday - 06.30 - 1500 and Wed - Fri 09.30 -17.30. Ability to present food attractively and appetizingly. Sound knowledge of economic food management, ordering, and stocktaking. Experience in commercial cooking for large numbers. Ability to work effectively unsupervised. Effective communication skills (oral and written). Desire to work with the elderly within our shared values.
