Customer Relationship Manager – Luxury Residential Care Home
Are you an experienced sales professional looking to work for a high-end care home? We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to drive admissions for our client’s new boutique care home in Shirley, opening Spring 2026.
You’ll build relationships with hospitals, hospices, GP surgeries, and local councils to generate referrals, meet families, and guide them through the admissions process. This hybrid role offers some home working, community engagement, and the chance to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering exceptional care.
About You
* Proven experience in sales or relationship management, ideally within care homes, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Understanding of private fee‑paying care and the admissions process.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven, with a consultative approach to sales.
