We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead a refurbishment project in Kilmarnock. This is an immediate start for a manager who excels in fast:paced refurb environments and can manage subcontractors effectively to meet tight deadlines.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day:to:day management of the site, ensuring the project remains on schedule and compliant with all safety regulations. Key duties include:

Overseeing all on:site activities and managing specialist subcontractors.
*
Ensuring high standards of health and safety and conducting site inductions.
*
Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the Project Manager.
*
Quality control and ensuring the refurb is delivered to the required specification.
Requirements
*
Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Black Card.
*
Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment projects (commercial or residential).
*
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem:solving.

Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
