Site Manager – Modular
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP or notice period
Industry: Modular / Offsite Construction
Location: Hull (requires nationwide travel and staying away)
Hours: 40 hours (occasional Saturdays required)
Responsibilities
* Deliver all construction activities in line with Health & Safety policies
* Work to RAMS and maintain high-quality records, reports and paperwork
* Monitor quality and progress of the project
* Coordinate direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel
* Lead and deliver against the project programme
* Liaise with internal departments and the Contracts Manager for regular site updates
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and work to RAMS
* Provide regular liaison and site updates with the client
Qualifications
* SMSTS
* First Aid Certificate
* Proven modular/offsite construction experience (required)
* Ability to use IT system
* Team‑working ability
* Demonstrated successful track record in Site Management
