What You’ll Be Doing We’re searching for an enthusiastic and reliable Labourer to help deliver a large-scale retrofit project in Renfrewshire. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll work within a supportive team helping to transform residences with new energy systems. The role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for health and safety in the workplace. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Carrying out general labouring tasks such as moving, loading and unloading materials. Keeping the site safe, tidy and accessible for the team. Helping skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, groundworkers) with their work. Handling tools and site equipment safely under supervision. Following all health and safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe. What You’ll Bring A valid CSCS card (essential). Someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to work outdoors in all weather. Previous site experience is a bonus, but not essential, what matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to muck in.
