Receptionist and HR Administrator

Swagelok is a global engineering company, manufacturing a wide range of high-quality components to a world market, which offers a competitive benefits package for all employees as well as supporting their personal development.

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused individual to support our HR function. The role is key to delivering a great visitor experience, coordinating tours and events and providing a high-quality administrative support across the department.


What You’ll Do

* Welcome visitors and ensure the smooth running of the reception area
* Coordinate tours, meetings and other key events
* Support HR administration, onboarding and associate appointments
* Work with suppliers and help drive continuous improvement


What You Bring

* Organised, proactive & people-focused approach
* Great communication and multitasking skills
* Confident IT skills
* Full, clean IOM driving license
