About the Role
On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected residential developer, we are seeking a Timber Frame Site Manager to oversee a quality-driven housing development in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-spec timber-framed homes that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day site management of timber frame housing projects
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors on site
Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and H&S standards
Managing programme timelines, materials, and logistics
Liaising with project and technical teams to maintain smooth delivery and compliance
Carrying out snagging and inspections to ensure first-class finishes
Candidate Profile
Proven experience managing timber frame or traditional build residential sites
SMSTS and CSCS qualifications preferred
Extensive Timber Frame experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to drive a team and deliver high-quality homes on programme
