Please send your CV to mb@4br.uk JOB DUTIES Carrying out basic routine maintenance tasks including carpentry, decorating, plumbing repairs; basic electrical tasks; lamp changes and emergency light testing, roofing repairs and inspections; basic gardening duties; reporting issues. Completing planned preventative maintenance as well as responding to reactive maintenance and following instructions from management. Job Requirements Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman or minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar handyman / maintenance role Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Excellent communication Understanding of health and safety procedures would be essential.
