Location:Reigate, Surrey (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office)
Salary:£26,000–£30,000 + bonus & benefits
Purpose of the Role:
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This includes handling HR queries, maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Administration: Manage HR inboxes, respond to queries, maintain employee records, and ensure HRIS accuracy.
* Recruitment Support: Post job ads, arrange interviews, liaise with candidates, track recruitment activity, and coordinate pre-employment checks.
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare offer packs and contracts, coordinate inductions and leaver processes, and liaise with IT and Facilities.
* Training & Compliance: Manage Learning Management System (LMS), assign training, and generate monthly reports.
* Policy & Documentation: Support development and review of HR policies and assist with audits and quality checks.
* General Support: Assist with internal events, minute-taking, office coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in administration or support role
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Desirable:
* Previous HR admin experience
* Familiarity with HR systems and processes
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
* Understanding of employment law and HR compliance
