Site Manager – Roofing Project – Barnstaple
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project in Barnstaple, starting 4th May. This role will focus primarily on a roofing package, so candidates with strong felt roofing experience are highly preferred. The position will also involve overseeing associated builders work, internal decoration, and door replacements, so a hands‑on manager with a broad refurbishment background would be ideal.
Scope of Works
* Felt roofing works (primary focus)
* Associated builders works
* Internal decoration packages
* Door replacements / joinery elements
* Day‑to‑day site coordination and subcontractor management
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on roofing/refurbishment projects
* Strong knowledge of felt roofing systems
* Experience overseeing internal finishes and builders works
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Available to start 4th May
