Role Purpose:
Were seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong generalist expertise and a proven employment law/ER background. Youll lead a team of HR Consultants and deliver high-quality HR partnering across a large, geographically dispersed workforce. A key focus is progressing complex, high-volume casework to resolution in partnership with legal and employment law teams. This is a full time role for 12 months contract, working 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted HR partner, providing strategic and operational advice across all HR areas.
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR Consultants to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Drive workforce planning to align people resources with organisational priorities.
* Oversee complex/high-volume ER casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
* Implement and improve HR policies and processes that strengthen performance, engagement, and culture.
