About The Role

Senior Site Manager – London/South East
📍 Location: London / South East
📅 Full-Time | Permanent

As GRAHAM continues to grow across the South East, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of major construction projects across Residential, Student Accommodation, and Commercial/Office sectors, with values ranging from £20M to £M+.
You’ll take ownership of site leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met, while driving performance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage all on-site operations and subcontractors
✔ Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
✔ Drive programme delivery and report progress to senior leadership
✔ Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
✔ Champion a proactive, safety-first, and solutions-driven site culture

What We’re Looking For:
Essential
✅ Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites in a senior capacity
✅ Strong technical knowledge of UK construction methods and regulations
✅ SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certified
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✅ Track record in delivering complex Residential, Student, or Commercial projects
