Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Sales Executive
Steadplan is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious LCV Sales Executive to join our Leeds branch. Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships.
* Sell a complete range of light commercial vehicles (MAN TGE), products, and services, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Provide accurate, tailored quotations based on customer requirements.
* Professionally present vehicles and services, adapting your style to each client’s needs.
* Upsell protection products (e.g. warranties, service plans) to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
* Attend and support customer events to maximise business opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the highest standards of service and delivery.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in commercial vehicle sales – main dealership experience is advantageous.
* Reside within a commutable distance of Leeds with a full UK driving license.
* Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Ability to construct professional sales proposals and negotiate effectively.
* Motivated, organised, and able to manage your time efficiently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and able to adapt quickly to new systems.

Location: Leeds (on-site) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (No weekend work) Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £50,000–£60,000
