The Role:
* Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
* Repairs floor & wall coverings.
* Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
* Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbing requirements.
* Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
* Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
* Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours:
* 8am - 5pm
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime available.
Experience Required:
* Experience of working in high profile work environment.
* Previous fabric experience advantageous.
* PC literate.
* Good Customer relationship skills.
