Monday to Friday The role: You’ll be providing hands-on HR support across the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and on boarding, to performance, development, and off boarding. You’ll play a key role in keeping HR processes running smoothly and ensuring policies are applied consistently across the business. Day-to-day, this could include: Supporting recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters. Managing on boarding for new starters, ensuring all paperwork, system access, and inductions run smoothly. Assisting with performance management and development processes, including probation reviews, appraisals, and training records. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, responding promptly and escalating issues as needed. Supporting managers with employee relations matters, including return-to-work interviews, absence management, and probation monitoring.
