This role involves partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies, managing customer and partner expectations, and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management. The candidate will also recommend recruitment strategies that contribute to the organization’s long-term growth, implement new processes, and fine-tune standard recruiting procedures to ensure quality results. Additionally, participation in special projects and initiatives, such as assessing best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for hard-to-fill positions, is required.
Note: This is a contract role for 12 months.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of recruiting experience
* Strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches, and sourcing tools/software
* Experience recruiting passive candidates
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
* Experience with recruitment tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience in building and leading talent sourcing initiatives
* Proactive networking and relationship-building skills
