Brocket Hall is now looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Executive to help drive revenue across our growing and diverse business. Responsibilities Proactively generate new business using existing industry contacts, personal network, and active outreach, with a strong focus on converting opportunities into confirmed sales. Act as a front-facing sales representative for Brocket Hall, meeting clients in person, attending networking opportunities, and representing the business externally. Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities across events, weddings, corporate hospitality, memberships and accommodation. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to confirmation, contract, and handover to operations. Maintain a structured and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate records, and professional communication at all times. Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs, with a clear focus on revenue generation. Coordinate and conduct client site visits, show rounds, and meetings, ensuring a high-quality client experience. Support and deliver company-led events, showcases, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities, including attendance on-site where required. Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery. Carry out basic sales administration including CRM updates, enquiry tracking, and reporting. Support company-driven marketing activity where required, including: Promoting events Sharing approved content Assisting with simple updates to systems and databases Use all company systems and tools correctly and consistently. Requirements Proven ability to work within a seven-day operational environment, including regular weekend working as required by the business. A proactive, results-driven sales mindset, with the confidence to approach clients, build relationships, and convert opportunities into confirmed business. Comfortable working to sales targets and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of clients and stakeholders. Well organised, with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline, prioritise tasks, and follow up opportunities effectively. A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and adapt within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider Sales and Events team, while also working independently and taking ownership of your results. Experience in using CRM systems and basic sales tools is preferred. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, including supporting company-led events, open days, and exhibitions.
