T Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment, we are looking for a passionate and driven F&B Meeting & Events Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
In this exciting role, youll be at the forefront of generating and converting meetings and event leads, with a strong focus on driving bookings into our private event spaces and boosting revenue across our food & beverage outlets. Working hand-in-hand with our operations team, you will ensure every event is flawlessly delivered, exceeding client expectations at every step.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
Proactively source and secure new meeting & events business through direct sales, networking, and marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking functions, and industry events.

Client & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for M&E and F&B clients.

Deliver seamless communication and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Drive repeat business through relationship building and loyalty cultivation.

Sales Strategy & Performance
Contribute to the hotels F&B and events sales plan.

Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences.

Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with F&B, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding events.

Lead and inspire teams to ensure a high level of service delivery.

Participate in client site visits, familiarisation trips, and on-property activations.

Responsible Business
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations.

Support community engagement initiatives and uphold Hyatts brand presence.

Candidate Profile Essential
Proven sales or business development experience in hospitality, ideally within F&B and events.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes.

Desirable
Knowledge of Londons hospitality market and local F&B trends.

Previous experience in upscale or luxury hotels.

Familiarity with Hyatt systems and standards.
