THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our growing team and bolster business sales. This is a pivotal role, working to manage exciting architectural glazing packages through from initial enquiry to order. You would be working to develop strong relationships with key B2B clients, such as architects and contractors, as well as building new relationships with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for key client communication, relationship management and new client development. You will:
* Be required to consistently achieve sales targets.
* Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, ensuring we are aware of all their project requirements and are best accommodating those to ensure we have the best chance of converting an order and gaining repeat business.
* Gather an understanding of the products which we offer and the technical aspects of each so that accurate information can be relayed to our client base.
* Become proficient in using the software packages used by the company (general Microsoft software and company Salesforce CRM system which offers organisational benefits to you)
* Attend meetings with our clients during the sales process as required.
* General office support where/ as required dependant on your level of experience.
* Maintain an accurate prospects list at all times, ensuring that you have sufficient prospects to fulfil the targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural and construction sectors.
* Negotiate partnerships with various companies for future secure revenue growth.
* Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create project proposals for potential projects, using tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
* Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for a target driven individual with proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction or architectural sectors.
You will need;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for design and innovation.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, using our CRM system.
