Site ManagerYou’ll work in collaboration with the property team to deliver our new strategy for meaningful long-term community engagement and involvement, post a National Lottery Heritage funded project. This role will be based at Runnymede (National Trust property where the Operations Team are based), the post-holder will be required to work flexibly in order to develop relationships with communities, volunteers and stakeholders that are required for Runnymede’s long-term success. You will be working as part of a portfolio, so occasional travel to another local National Trust property may be required. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for planning and running the on-site operations here. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and others in the operations team. You’ll be managing the Facilities the Community Ranger, and together you’ll organise and run internal and external meetings. In these meetings, you’ll be welcoming a broad range of external partners and associates on behalf of the Trust. You’ll be responsible for managing contractors, as their chief contact on site, and for compliance, organising access and making sure our work systems are always safe.The National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart.
