Job Description: Quality Manager, Customer Quality
Your role as Quality Manager, Customer Quality, will be to oversee all customer quality activities, ensuring the final product meets all customer requirements prior to shipment. You will be responsible for understanding, assessing, and integrating customer requirements into each batch of product. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between different teams to resolve customer concerns and participate in continuous improvement groups throughout the product lifecycle. You will also interact with other Agratas manufacturing facilities worldwide to share knowledge and best practices.
Reporting to the Head of Plant Quality, your responsibilities will include:
1. Implementing customer requirements in manufacturing to ensure product compliance.
2. Managing customer complaints as the single point of contact.
3. Leading 8D problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis (RCA).
4. Overseeing analytical testing on chemical and mechanical instruments.
5. Managing activities related to outgoing quality prior to shipment.
6. Developing control plans and test procedures for products and materials.
7. Addressing non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
8. Applying quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5W, PPAP, and APQP.

What You Bring
* Qualification in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment.
* Leadership and team coordination skills.
* Experience troubleshooting analytical instruments.
* Knowledge of SPC and Lean Six Sigma principles.
* Familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
