The post holder will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting premium aircraft seating products to global airline customers. Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our products for both new aircraft and also retro fit / cabin refresh opportunities with global airline customers Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through market research, understanding of customer fleet management strategies and networking. Develop and maintain relationships with other industry stakeholders, including OEMs Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and negotiations, and driving closure of any items through close working relations with internal stakeholders. Sales Strategy & Execution: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and market developments. Collaboration: Work closely with other internal departments including engineering, Industrial Design and finance to ensure technically and financially accurate RFP responses. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings, and understand how these may align with customer and industry requirements.
