We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter for our online gaming client. This will be a fully remote contract role but must be based in the United Kingdom .
Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for a variety of roles, including software engineering in EMEA .
* Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and assess candidates through a mix of direct sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications.
* Drive the interview and offer process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting processes and implement best practices as the organization scales.
* Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data across legacy systems (e.g., Oracle) and modern ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse).
* Adapt quickly to evolving hiring needs and business priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting strategy.
Required Qualifications
* 5–8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in technology-driven organizations.
* Demonstrated experience recruiting across EMEA markets, with a strong understanding of regional hiring practices, compliance requirements, and talent landscapes.
* Proven success recruiting for engineering, data, product, or platform roles.
* Experience working in-house within high-growth tech, consumer, gaming, or fintech companies; agency experience supporting major tech accounts also considered.
* Demonstrated ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in an unstructured or rapidly changing environment.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; comfort transitioning from legacy platforms (Oracle) to modern tools (Greenhouse).
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
* Track record of thriving in start-up or scale-up environments where processes are still being established.
Pay Range
* Pay range for this position will be up to £ 6,500 per month. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
