WNTD is growing fast. We're scaling our embedded talent business across AI infrastructure, data centres, and GPUaaS platforms — and now we're hiring the person to help us build the team behind it all.
We're looking for a hands-on Internal Recruiter to join us in London and hire top delivery and sales talent into WNTD.
This is a ground-up role — not process, not HR.
You'll be on the phone, on LinkedIn, in the market daily, engaging high-performing recruiters to join a business that's solving complex hiring challenges for the infrastructure behind AI.
Who we're looking for:
* Background in R2R or as an Internal Recruiter at a tech recruitment agency
* Confident picking up the phone and pitching to experienced consultants
* Knows what a high-performer looks like — and how to close them
* Familiar with cloud, infra, or data centre markets (or wants to specialise in them)
* Wants to build, not maintain
You'll be hiring:
* Senior 180/360 recruiters
* Delivery leads for embedded client programmes
* People who want to work in a project-based, outcome-driven model
