FTS Group are looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. This role is specifically focussing on the Business Development side of the branch. As a Recruitment Sales Executive you’ll be a key figure, the face of our service offering to prospective clients, responsible for generating new business and growing the client base. You’ll be working with the Branch Manager to devise and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, and onboard accounts that will then be serviced by the Branch Team. About the role: Job Title: Recruitment Sales Executive Location: RM15, Purfleet, Essex. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Office based. Salary: £30,000 per annum to start with uncapped commission. Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Sales Executive: * This role is for a Recruitment Consultant who is solely focussing on sales. There is no resourcing or candidate placing in this role. * Generate new business and grow your branch client base. * Learn and understand the driving and industrial recruitment market. * Cold calling, canvassing, door to door and territory mapping. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Conduct regular client meetings to showcase our services. * Onboard new accounts. * Liaise with the Branch Manager for success. Salary and Benefits The base salary for this position is £30,000 per annum. Essential Requirements: As a Recruitment Sales Executive, you must have: * A full UK driving licence and a car. * Previous experience in the recruitment agency sector is essential. * Previous experience in B2B sales within the recruitment agency sector is essential. * Live on the North side of the River Thames.
