About the Role
Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established
manufacturer supplying specialist products to the construction industry .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their
first step into a sales-focused career
within the built-environment sector.
Youll be at the centre of the sales team, responsible for
researching and identifying upcoming construction projects
from
hospitals and rail stations to stadiums, bridges, commercial buildings and iconic landmarks
where the companys solutions could be specified.
Your insight will help the sales team prioritise opportunities and build relationships with the right contractors and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Research upcoming UK construction projects using online tools, industry databases and phone-based research.
Identify main contractors and subcontractors delivering those projects.
Map key decision-makers and stakeholders for the sales team to engage with.
Maintain accurate records of leads and project data in the CRM system.
Provide project intelligence to help shape sales strategies and priorities.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to support business development activities.
About You
Were looking for a motivated, inquisitive individual who:
Has experience in
project research, sales administration, sales coordination or lead generation
(or other data-driven roles).
Is confident using online research tools, CRM systems and Excel.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Is detail-oriented with good analytical and organisational skills.
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a commercial team.
