Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Royal Leamington Spa. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice to guide them in choosing the right vehicle. Daily activities include engaging with customers, managing inquiries, conducting test drives, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on market trends to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to learn about and stay updated on automotive products and industry trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
* A full UK driver’s license
