Outbound Sales Executive (5-Month Contract)
Location: Oadby (Hybrid – Office & Remote Working)
Salary: £25,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone with proven outbound sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to existing and prospective customers.
* Focus on retention and renewals, building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
* Meet and exceed individual sales and renewal targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent service and support.
About You:
* Proven outbound sales experience is essential.
* Confident, persuasive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high call volumes.
* Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
