As part of ourEMEA sales team,you will help develop and delivera value-addand solution-centric customer experience. You will have a broad interface and engagement internally withinStiboSystems as well as externally in relation to Customers and Partners.
Morespecifically,youwill:
1. Win new business via value add/solution-centric selling andsigning ofnew logo license contracts across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Science and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
2. Deliver winning proposals / successful RFI/RFPs
3. Develop and progress pipeline – driving new opportunities to wins
4. PositionStiboSystems as the Multi-domain MDM solutions provider of choice

Our ideal candidate – Are you the one?
As an idealcandidateyou will have wealth of experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proventrack recordin selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on “solution-oriented” approach to the sale. You will have a broad commercial and financial understanding, complimented by an analytical skill set, a strong set of presentationskillsand ability to confidently navigate at senior level within an organization.
Moreover, you should be/are:
5. Proven experience within the software as a service industry (SaaS) – preferably withinmanufacturing, retail, CPG, distributionor/andlife-science.
6. 5+ years of experience in Sales Development/Solutions Sales/Account Management
7. Candidate should understand how to drive Sales in cooperation with Partners
8. C-Level engagementexperience
9. Customer-focused always driven by adding value to the stakeholder experience
10. Strong communicationskills, both verbally and written
11. A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done
