What’s in it for you?
* £26,000 - £29,000 base salary
* OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (uncapped earning potential)
* 3-month initial contract with strong potential to become permanent

About you
* A confident and resilient communicator with a passion for sales
* Target-driven with experience working to KPIs and achieving goals
* B2B sales experience preferred (B2C considered)
* Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building
* Motivated to take initiative and manage your own sales pipeline
* Strong ability to work under pressure in a high-volume outbound calling environment
What you\'ll do
* Generate new business through outbound B2B calls (up to 150 per day)
* Manage inbound and cross-sell opportunities from warm and existing accounts
* Build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities across multiple products and services
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
* Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, becoming a trusted advisor to customers
* Deliver consistent results against targets while contributing to the success of a growing sales team
