Sales Executive
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Type: Permanent, Full-time
My client is a lead generation specialist and they’re looking for someone to join their fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. They have a lively, energetic office culture with lots of incentives and progression into Business Development or Account Management.
Core Responsibilities
* Research and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
* Generate 15-20 qualified leads per week for the Business Development team.
* Manage all activity via the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Make outbound calls to key decision-makers to initiate relationships and qualify interest.
* Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets.
* Where possible, book meetings for the BD team once leads are qualified.
Ideal Candidate
* Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality.
* Previous sales or telesales experience is essential.
* Comfortable making outbound calls (cold or warm).
* Excellent communication skills - able to build rapport quickly.
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
