Job Description
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department
* Manage employee records in compliance with GDPR
* Support the HR department in posting job ads, organising CVs and scheduling interviews
* Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
* Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
* Support in drafting HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* Proven experience as an HR administrator, HR assistant or relevant role
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
