Job Description

3. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
4. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
5. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and other HR-related events.
6. Support payroll and benefits administration by providing necessary data and resolving queries.
7. Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
8. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by the team.
9. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
10. Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in a HR support role, preferably within the Not for Profit industry.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
14. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
17. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
