We're excited to be recruiting a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Manston, Ramsgate. You'll be working with a bespoke Salesforce CRM, giving you the tools and support you need to succeed and build strong client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers
* Building rapport understanding client needs
* Handling objections confidently and professionally
* Updating and managing client information on Salesforce CRM
* Working towards achievable targets in a motivating environment
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent telephone manner - friendly, professional and confident
* Sales or calling experience - you know how to turn conversations into results
* Strong problem‑solving skills - handling queries with confidence
* Calm under pressure - comfortable managing more complex calls
* Positive & motivated mindset - attitude matters just as much as experience
