Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Kings Lynn
Duration: 14 weeks - Starts March 2026

Rate: £250 per day CIS
Are you a construction site manager with modular building experience? Are you available for 14 weeks work from March 2026? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of short‑term modular building projects across our sites.
This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone used to working in fast‑paced environments and delivering high‑quality modular builds on tight programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day management of site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
* Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
* Liaising with project managers and clients
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in modular building projects
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS qualification
* First Aid at Work certificate
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
* Ability to manage short‑term, fast‑turnaround projects
