In this full-time role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £26,552 with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, alongside additional benefits such as a company car. Please note this position requires full-time attendance at the dealership, and is not a hybrid role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and establish trust with potential buyers.
* Maintain expert knowledge of our van products and inventory.
* Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Advise customers on financing options and additional products.
Qualifications:
* Experience in vehicle sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* A full clean driving license is essential.
